Ed Martin
Ed Martin, Esq., brings a unique perspective to personal injury advocacy from his experience as a criminal defense attorney. Ed began his career defending those accused, fighting for the rights and liberty of individuals in North and South Carolina. Ed brings extensive courtroom experience and a deep understanding of the criminal justice system to the personal injury landscape. This knowledge has given him the unique ability to not only advise his clients, but also an ability to zealously advocate on behalf of his clients against the insurance industry. Ed counsels clients on a wide range of cases spanning North Carolina and South Carolina. His practice centers around addressing catastrophic injuries (and minor injuries) resulting from auto accidents, DUI/DWI accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability.
Beyond his legal career, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and playing softball, golf, and pickleball. Ed also enjoys getting together with friends, trying out new restaurants, and exploring Charlotte’s growing brewery scene.
