Our client was injured when a tractor-trailer driver crossed the center line to avoid rear ending another vehicle and slammed head-on into our client. Our client suffered serious injuries to his ankle and knee requiring surgery. After a lawsuit was filed the insurance company for the tractor-trailer settled at mediation.
