Our client retained Attorney Michael Chandler after several other law firms declined to accept his case. Our client was involved in an altercation with a contractor who failed to pay him for work he had performed on behalf of the contractor. After the altercation, the contractor sped off in his work truck and struck the client fracturing his hip. The insurance company first denied the case on the grounds of contributory negligence and then raised a coverage dispute. Ultimately the insurance company agreed to pay the full limits of coverage.
